Constanza "Connie" Cabello

Constanza "Connie" Cabello has been practicing law since 2004, with significant experience in family law and immigration law.  Ms. Cabello attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where she earned the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Student Award.


Ms. Cabello began her career working exclusively in the area of family law. Throughout the course of her career she has counseled, advised and represented hundreds of clients with their family law cases covering the full spectrum of issues pertaining to family law.  Whether it be legal advice, pleading preparation, negotiation, or active court litigation, she zealously pursues her clients’ interests while enjoying a reputation for her dedication and skills. Ms. Cabello currently sits on the board of the Alameda County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee. 

Some  of Ms. Cabello’s family law clients need help with separate immigration issues.  As a result, she has particular knowledge about the intersection between family law and immigration and has gained extensive experience assisting clients secure legal status in this country.  

In addition to helping clients with their family and immigration cases, Ms. Cabello has also trained, mentored and supervised other attorneys and advocates new to the field of family and immigration law, and has conducted legal clinics throughout the Bay Area on these topics.  

As a native Spanish speaker and Bay Area native, Ms. Cabello is proud to be able to help a diverse array of clients in our community with their family and immigration law-related issues.
